Here is a sampling of what we offer:

-· Small Group, Skill-Based Instruction on Conflict Resolution, Self-Concept, Changing Families, Kids on The Block (Drug and Alcohol Awareness), Classroom Skills, and Social Skills.

-· Individual skill-based “coaching” on classroom and social skills. This can include one-on-one work with Ms. Barbour and may be reinforced with incentive-based success plans.

-· Classroom Guidance at each grade level on a variety of interpersonal skills, classroom skills, and career topics.

-· We celebrate our students’ personal achievements 6 times during the year. Using the pillars of the Character Counts! model, students are recognized in a school-wide ceremony. Students who earn “Golden Eagle Feathers” also have an opportunity to sit at the “Golden Goblet” every month.
